Nautica House stands on the Esplanade on the beautiful coastal resort of Sandown in The Isle Of Wight. Comprising two luxury 6 berth holiday apartments which are available from March to October for self catering holidays.

Superbly appointed accommodation, both apartments have been recently refurbished to the highest standard.

They comprise two double bedrooms, one with panoramic sea views, and one twin bedroom. The first floor apartment has a large sitting room / dining room with French doors leading onto a very large balcony with uninterrupted views over the sea.

The second floor apartment has a comfortable sitting room and a well equipt and modern kitchen dining area.

Sandown itself offers a variety of amenities and attractions from pubs to restaurants, try The Ocean Deck Inn when you come to stay, for the best seafood on the island.

Sandown proudly boasts one of the most extensive and beautiful beaches on the island.
